Record Screen
This page is for data collection. It is the information that forms the basis for the graphs and charts that will help you find your triggers. For the left hand column, move the indicator on each line to what you felt you achieved. For the last two items, simply type in as required. For the right hand side of the screen simply click on the things you experienced today. Each section has two things you can personalize in the Preferences.

Preferences Screen
This screen allows you to personalize your data collection items for stay-well strategies, triggers and symptoms on your data collection screen. Use these personalized items to add things not already included in the data collection that are specific to you. For example, for Stay Well Strategy you might insert something like "attended yoga" or "aromatherapy" or something else you feel that really helps you. Do the same for triggers and symptoms if relevant.

Charts screen
The software generates a chart and graph based on your data entry over time. These will help you to identify patterns to your illness; which things do or don't affect your mental health. For example, you may find that if you exercise for a minimum of 3 days in a row that you sleep and cope better.

Report screen
The Report screen displays the data in a written form that is helpful for further analyzing your triggers, symptoms and strategies for staying well. It can be exported to PDF and emailed to your caregiver, or printed as a hardcopy record.

Plan screen
The Plan screen helps you to put it all together. After collecting data, graphing it and working out the connections, this screen helps you to boil all the information down to the essentials. This is intended as a dynamic document. You will need to change it over time as you understand your triggers and symptoms better, and your health changes. You might consider printing it and giving it to your health provider and / or caregiver.
